21 April 2023: The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket has demonstrated an unprecedented commitment to healthy, thriving oceans and seas free from plastic litter, and cleaning up the environment is everyone's responsibility.

PhuketGreen Day and Patong Beach Cleaning are powerful ways to bring people together and make a positive impact on our environment. By working together with the Phuket Hotels Association and hoteliers such as Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Patong Bay Hill, Deewana Resort, Ramada, Double Tree by Hilton, Duangjit, Diamond Cliff, Novotel, Kalima Hotel, Best Western Patong, Phuket Graceland, and Sawadee Patong to remove trash from Patong Beach areas, we can create a cleaner and healthier environment for everyone. Small actions can lead to big change, and 20 volunteers from the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket did their part today by picking up plastic bags, cans, and cigarette butts from the beach areas to protect the planet and make it a better place for all.

We raise awareness of the state of the oceans and aquatic life and advocate for individual and policy action for healthy seas.
