The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is truly in a class of its own and is the only resort I stay in when traveling to Phuket and have been doing so for many years! It is perfectly situated in the heart of Patong with beach access directly across the road at one entrance and the sprawling shopping precinct access from the Busakorn Wing! The resort has numerous accommodation types but my absolute favorite is the Pool View Rooms in the newly refurbished Busakorn Wing which is nothing short of first class! The resort has many fantastic dining venues on-site to cater to different cuisines and the food is as good as it gets! The biggest attraction to the resort is the amazing dedicated staff who go above and beyond to ensure all guests have the best possible holiday experience on every occasion. I have stayed at other resorts in Phuket in the past but for the past six years have made this resort my second home!! Look no further as this resort is everything you want it to be when you are relaxing on holiday. 10/10 in every aspect!

We have been coming to the Holiday Inn Resort for 12 years and for the last 5 years twice a year. People at home constantly ask us why we go back to the same place. The major reason is that we love it, but that is too simplistic an explanation. On our very first visit to the hotel, we felt comfortable. The architecture and decor of the buildings are appealing and it is open and spacious. It has a good feel. There are four excellent restaurants to suit any taste and three bars. There are two main swimming pools and the Kids Pool with the Kids Club. But our love for the Holiday Inn Resort is not just about bricks and mortar. What sets it apart is the staff. There is an amazing staff culture which has not changed over the years. From the time you arrive at reception, you are welcomed and made to feel special. All of the staff are so friendly, caring, and wanting to help. In the morning you are greeted at breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. The pool cleaning man says hello, as do the hose cleaning staff, the ground maintenance staff, the spa staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, and everybody. And all with a smile. The more you respond to them the more they respond to you. We have not experienced this anywhere else in our travels. It makes it a special place and, for us, our second home. The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in, I have been traveling there since the hotel was first built and I have never been disappointed. Now I travel there with my 83 years of age mum and my brother, we are in our 50s so really this hotel does cater for all ages. The Management and Staff really make this hotel as special as it is with their very warm welcome and genuine kindness every time. All the rooms in the hotel are truly amazing and there is something for everyone. The Buskaron Studios and Villas if you want a little more space with amazing swimming pools all rooms are decorated to very high standards. Then you have the Main Wing of the Hotel which is more family-focused, with an excellent children’s club. The Restaurants in the hotel are all truly amazing, each serving delicious Thai and International Food you are stuck for choice when it comes to what to eat. Charm Thai in the Buskaron Wing is where you have breakfast if you stay in the studios or the villas you can also have lunch and evening meals there, the buffet breakfast is delicious way to set you up for the day. Sam’s Steak Grill is the best my family and I have been to do serves other food as well as steak but worth a visit for a fine dining experience. At the Bar there isn’t a cocktail that the staff can’t make for you it’s a lovely place to relax, catch up with friends, or just watch the world go by. Seabreeze Restaurant is in the main wing more for families but the food is just as delicious offering a vast selection. It also has another swimming pool in the main wing along with a children’s section. Terrazzo Italian Restaurant is an amazing place to sample Tony Chef's great dishes in the evening you can listen to the amazing singer Noel Silva while you enjoy your meal and get spoilt by Tony's Manager and his amazing team. This hotel is right on the beach in an excellent position to explore everything Phuket has to offer the beaches are amazing. The staff at this hotel makes you feel special with amazing service delicious food and true kindness and professionalism beyond belief. Once you have been to this hotel you will for sure want to return time and time, certainly number one for my family and me and I am sure anyone who visits will feel the same. Can’t wait to return in a couple of weeks to attend our friend's wedding I know it will be truly amazing as that’s what the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket do make things amazing for you memories for you to cherish for a lifetime.

We have traveled to many places around the world. 20 years ago, we stayed for the first time at Holiday Inn Patong. Myself, my wife and our two sons had a very special time. Since then we go back regularly to enjoy the excellent service by the staff. The things that we love are our beautiful room, delicious breakfasts and our favorite of all is Sam's Restaurant. Keep making it special for another 30 years Holiday Inn well done.

Have been many times lunch or dining at Terrazzo. Always very nice and service is very good, the servants very nice too Been with my grandson two times and last week and yesterday with two friends for dinner. Yesterday I was a bit disappointed about the carpaccio, I had already many times. The meat was not the same. It was even a little bit grilled outside, however, it should be fresh and raw I think. I will come again, but I hope you can have a look at it. (Mrs. de Koster, with her husband, who stayed at the hotel more times also told me the meat is not like last year) best regards Ron
