CONGRATULATIONS to the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket for the Giving for good Thailand winner Award 2022.

At Giving for good month, the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, Patong Beach was supported our local university by bringing 16 first-year students to visit the resort. During the event, students learned about the IHG and Holiday Inn brands, they went on a hotel tour and were taught table manners during their lunch experience at the hotel’s Charm Thai restaurant. It has also provided young people with access to essential employment skills in Thailand.

As well as the volunteer team members from Holiday Inn Resort Phuket in cooperation with the IHG sister properties: Holiday Inn Express Phuket Patong Beach Central and Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, gave back to the community by organizing food donations for the children at Holland House Child Watch Foundation.

Through IHG’s Journey to Tomorrow programme it is inspiring to see us pushing to do what’s right for those around us and the world around us – finding solutions, forming new powerful partnerships, and using our global reach to make a difference where it’s needed most.

With this in mind, we are proud to take the initiative to fulfill our Corporate Social Responsibility, and giving back to the local community is an important part of our community service.
